As a member your information will be automatically filled in. Should you want the referral to come from someone else, simply sign out and enter the referral manually.
The next step is to enter the "Client" information. Once you enter their ZIP, this will be entered into the "Type and Description" step as the default ZIP code to search against. You can change the ZIP should you need to. If the service is not needed locally, then you can search from any zip or all members to find a servicer.
As the "Referrer" you can let iReferpro chose the Servicer or you can chose the Servicer yourself. If you chose the Servicer the available servicers based on the search results will be listed in the drop down list. Once you select a Servicer, you can then view their profile or website.
When you press 'Submit', we will send you a cc of the eMail sent to the Servicer if you chose "Notify me regarding status." The Servicer will be prompted to either accept or reject the referral. The client will be notified on the servicer's response.
If you chose the Servicer and they reject this Referral, the Referral is no longer active. If you let the "iRefrerpro Referral Engine" select the Servicer. then 3 potential servicers will be notified to respond to the opportunity.
